Who counts as a creator?
Anyone who records or uploads videos. Admins and creators are paid seats on Pro. Viewers, who watch, comment, react and reply, join free.
Do the people I send a link to need to pay?
No. Viewers are always free. Depending on how you share, they may need to sign in or enter an email or password first.
How do I cancel?
From Plan and billing, in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when I reach 25 videos on Free?
Your videos stay where they are and keep working. To record more, delete some or move to Pro.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Insights and the activity log export as CSV, and downloads can be switched on for any video.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Pro is $120 a year per creator, which works out at $10 a month.
