Agreement
These terms are between you and [company name and address]. By creating an account or using VIDsend.pro you agree to them. If you use it for an organisation, you agree for that organisation.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if someone else gets into your account. Workspace admins decide who joins, what role they have, and the workspace's sharing, retention, download and AI settings.
Your content
You own the videos, screenshots, comments and documents you create. You give us permission to store, process and show them only to run the service for you, including making transcripts and the drafts you ask for. Make sure you have the right to record and share what you record, including other people on a call.
Acceptable use
- Don't record or share anything illegal, or anything you don't have the right to share.
- Don't use VIDsend.pro to harass people or to send spam.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's security.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why when we can.
Plans and billing
Free has limits on the number and length of videos. Pro is billed per creator, monthly or yearly, in advance. Viewers don't pay. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with [30 days'] notice.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Plan and billing, in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Export what you need first. [Refund policy].
Liability
We work hard to keep VIDsend.pro running and your videos safe, but the service is provided as it is. [Limitation of liability and warranty wording for the operator's country].
Governing law
